So far this is what has been done:

The Mazda RX-7 Fuel Pump was pulled and put in the Zuki Fuel Tank (Both vehicles use nearly the same design), swapping the two was very easy.
The Fuel Lines and Brake lines run down the Passenger side of the car... BAD ZUKI, (This is the exhaust side of the car). I moved the fuel line to the other frame rail and relocated the brake lines nearest the RX-7 Exhaust header (The Proportioning valve was in the way.) I rebent a few lines and put a heat shield over it. I replaced one line all together to get it out of the way of the exhaust side.
Welded up the motor mounts and removed the old mounts with a sawzall. The 4x4 front axle was also removed. The Motor simply wouldn't sit neatly in the engine without some major work. Since I don't have a transfer case for the RX-7 I decided to make it a 2 wheel drive vehicle.

The motor was slid in several times to check for fit and measurement. The Welded Motor mounts were then welded to the stock Zuki cross member and the motor was dropped in and bolted down. The Exhaust side is tight, But doesn't hit anything. Additional room may be made by using a header. I still have the air pump on the motor as you can see in the pictures. Some of these parts will be removed. The Plug side of the motor has plenty of room. The Steering box clears the motor by less than 1/2 an inch, But it all looks like it belongs. No hammering of any metal was needed. No custom oil pan...

Pictures of the motor in.

Close up of engine (Air Pump is still in place)

YEP It fits. Welded some new Radiator mounts and slanted it slightly. The Oil Cooler is clearly visible, there just wasn't enough front overhang to hide it. It looks like an intercooler hanging out front. I flipped it upside down and used the original oil cooler mounts from the RX7. The hoses are also originals, but I plan to replace them in the near future.

Factory fan in place. I will put a fan shroud in once I get everything working. Fan has about an inch of clearance at the top. The radiator is slanted back to clear the hood. This is the factory RX-7 radiator.

Frontal view of the radiator, oil-cooler in place.

This is what it will look like going down the road.
